The BACSWAY1 Tie Cutter was designed by The Boeing Company to minimize peripheral damage to wire bundles when technicians remove cable ties. The tool has a patented protective ring design that goes out in front of the cutting blade, so that only the target cable tie is cut and not the wires in the bundle. Replacement cutting blade assembles are available.
