Rosen designed the first multipositioning transparent visor for aviation that filters harmful ultraviolet radiation and glare without compromising the ability to see surrounding traffic. Rosen sunvisor systems are now installed in a majority of aircraft flying, from Boeing commercial airplanes to the experimental Vans RV-10. Rosen now holds well over 100 designs and maintains approximately 80 FAA Supplemental Type Certificates.
