Champion spin-on oil filters are the most popular filters on the market today. Based on customer feedback, the CH48110-1 can height was shortened by 1/2" to make them easier to install, with no reduction in filtering media. Other improvements include increased can thickness, improved inlet design, increasing inlet flow area by 30%, a new zinc plated base stud, and an improved by-pass valve. Approved by both Lycoming and Continental Motors.
