Chembar Lord acrylic adhesive comes in two parts 1 and 2. The liquid part-1/part-2 is off-white in color. The sweet odored part-1 has a flash point of 18 degrees C and a density of 1.04 grams per cubic centimeter to 8.64 pounds per gallon. The odorless part-2 has a flash point greater than or equal to 201 degrees F and a density of 1.53 grams per cubic centimeter to 12.75 pounds per gallon. Part-2 of adhesive has a dynamic viscosity greater than or equal to 150,000 megapascals at 25 degrees C and a kinematic viscosity greater than or equal to 98,039 square millimeters per second at 25 degrees C. It comes in a 50-milliliter container and can be mixed in a ratio 10:5 by volume. This product sets in 12 to 16 minute at 24 degrees C, requires a curing time of 24 hours at room temperature and has an application time of 5 to 8 minute at 24 degrees C.
