Miller-Stephenson MS-122AD Dry Film PTFE Release Agent, 13.5 ozFeaturesRelease Agent ApplicationsDry Lubricant Applications | Chemicals - Misc

MS-122AD release agent and dry lubricant contains a high lubricity, low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer for use as a dry film lubricant and as a release agent in molding operations. Use MS-122AD for application to molds up to 212F (100C). For preheated molds above 212F (100C), use water-based MS-136W or MS-145W.A nonflammable, non-ozone depleting carrier solvent / propellant mixture ensures all environmental regulations are met. Features Slippery, with outstanding lubricity (low coefficient of friction) Thermally stable (from cryogenic to 500F/260C) Chemically inert Insoluble Non-migrating (contain no silicones) Release Agent Applications Plastics Resins Rubbers Phenolics Acrylics Polycarbonates Urethanes Polystyrene Nylons Elastomers Dry Lubricant Applications Gears, drive belts and gaskets Wire and cable Thread, cord and rope Chain drives Metalworking, inclusing extrusion, rolling, drawing and sizingMachine parts and tools, including nuts, bolts, thread connections, locks, power saw blades and machine mechanismsHardware, including hinges, locks and catches, window guides and guides on cabinet drawers
