PPG PRC-Desoto Epoxy Primer Clear, Aluminized Blue-Green, 6 qt kit | Flamemaster Chemseal

PPG PRC-Desoto epoxy adhesive is formulated to provide aggressive adhesion with immense resistance to fluid and corrosion. It has a boiling point of 79.44 to 148.89 degrees C for 020x324 thinner component, 82.22 to 316.11 degrees C for 910x357 curing solution and greater than 37.78 degrees C for 519x303 base component. This adhesive has a flash point of 13.89 degrees C for 020x324 thinner component, 2.78 degrees C for 910x357 curing solution and -4.44 degrees C for 519x303 base component. This epoxy compound has a density of 6.84 pounds per gallon for thinner component, 7.01 pounds per gallon for curing solution, 8.51 pounds per gallon for base component and 1.44 grams per cubic centimeter for dry film. It has a viscosity greater than 0.21 square centimeters per second at 40 degrees C. Temperature range of this sealant is up to 400 degrees C. The adhesive takes a curing time of 14 days and dries between 30 to 60 minutes at 75 degrees F.
