PPG PRC-Desoto PR 1776M Series fuel tank sealant is a two-component formulation such as part-A and part-B. Part-A of sealant comes in a liquid form and is black in color. The part-A and part-B has a flash point of 98.89 degrees C and 82.22 degrees C respectively. The VOC content of part-B is 79 grams per liter, which facilitates for quick dry. Part-A of sealant has a density of 13.77 pounds per gallon while part-B possesses 9.68 pounds per gallon. Service temperature range of this sealant is -65 to 250 degrees F. The kinematic viscosity of part-A is greater than 0.21 square centimeters per second at 40 degrees C. It requires 12 hours for complete curing and can withstand maximum tensile of 263 psi.
