PPG PRC-Desoto 654 Series two-part class B fuel tank sealant is a two-component formulation such as part-A and part-B. Part-A of sealant comes in a liquid form and is black in color. Part-B of sealant comes in a solid form and is beige in color. The part-A of sealant has a boiling point of 360 degrees C while part-B has a boiling point range of 79.44 to 176.67 degrees C. Part-B of sealant has a flash point of 67.22 degrees C and a VOC content of 24 grams per liter. The density of part-A is 15.69 pounds per gallon and part-B is 13.19 pounds per gallon. Service temperature range of this sealant is -65 to 250 degrees F. This product withstands a maximum tensile of 405 psi.
