Henkel Loctite Hysol EA 0151 general-purpose epoxy adhesive is a two-component formula containing resin and hardener. The resin has a boiling point of 284 degrees F and a flash point of 177.8 degrees F. Adhesive's resin part with a 1.13 specific gravity, has a vapor pressure of 2 millimeters Hg and a viscosity of 40,000 to 100,000 centipoises. The hardener has a boiling point of 518 degrees F and a flash point greater than 265.1 degrees F. Hardener part of adhesive has a specific gravity of 0.98, vapor pressure of 0.01 millimeters Hg and a viscosity of 20,000 to 100,000 centipoises. The resin and hardener can be mixed in the ratio of 2.7:1 by volume or 100:33 by weight. It requires an application time of 60 minutes and a setting time of 3 hours. This easily mixable epoxy adhesive allows an elongation of 2.4%.
