Henkel Loctite Hysol EA 956 epoxy adhesive is a two-component formula, specially designed for maintaining strength at high-temperature. The amber colored part-A liquid of epoxy adhesive has a mild odor and a 1.22 specific gravity. The amber colored part-B liquid of epoxy adhesive has a mild odor and a 0.96 specific gravity. It has a boiling point of 404.6 degrees F for part-B and a flash point greater than 199.4 degrees F for part-A/B. This adhesive has a density of 1.22 grams per milliliter, greater than 1 for vapor or part-A and 0.96 grams per milliliter for part-B. It comes with a vapor pressure rating less than 1 millimeter Hg for part-B. This product has a viscosity of 350 poise for part-A and 20 poise for part-B. It takes a curing time of 5 to 7 days with temperature rating of 77 to 200 degrees F. The adhesive ensures a tensile strength of 5800 psi at 77 degrees F and a shear strength of 2300 psi at 77 degrees F. This product supporting an elongation of 0.0254, has a compressive strength of 12 ksi, compressive modulus of 158 ksi and a tensile modulus of 360 ksi.
