Henkel Loctite Hysol EA 9330 epoxy adhesive is a two-component adhesive containing cream colored liquid part-A and white colored gel-like liquid part-B. Part-A component features pungent odor whereas part-B has ammoniacal like odor. Both the part-A and part-B has a flash point of 390.2 degrees F and greater than 199.4 degrees F respectively. The vapor density of part-B component is 8.45. Viscosity of part-A component is 740 poise while part-B has 11 poise. This adhesive has a tensile strength of 5600 psi and a shear strength of 5000 psi at 77 degrees F. It effectively allows an elongation of 0.024 and has a service temperature range of 77 to 180 degrees F. The epoxy compound has a compressive strength of 7700 psi, compressive modulus of 253 ksi and a tensile modulus of 384 Ksi.
