Huntsman Araldite 2040 Flexible Polyurethane Adhesive, 50 mL pail | Huntsman Advanced Materials

Huntsman Araldite 2040 Series epoxy adhesive contains milky white colored liquid resin and gray colored liquid hardener. It features slight odor resin and mild odor hardener. Both the resin and hardener has a specific gravity of 1.14 and 1.23 respectively. The flash point of resin is greater than 199.4 degrees F and hardener is greater than 392 degrees F. Both the resin and hardener has a viscosity of 48,000 centipoises and 50,000 centipoises respectively. Storage temperature of this adhesive ranges from 59 to 77 degrees F. This adhesive has a tensile strength of 1100 psi and a shear strength of 1200 psi. The epoxy compound having good flexibility property, is formulated to support an elongation of 2.25.
