Huntsman Epibond 1559-1 A/B Series epoxy adhesive takes 24 hours at 77 degrees F for complete curing. Blue colored part-A liquid formula has a viscosity of 60,000 centipoises whereas dark gray colored part-B liquid has a viscosity of 70,000 centipoises. The part-A/B of adhesive has a boiling point greater than 200 degrees C. The closed cup flash point of part-A is greater than 93 degrees C and for part-B is greater than 124 degrees C. The part-A of the adhesive has a relative density of 1.2 whereas part-B has a 1.2 grams per cubic centimeter 25 degrees C. Both the part-A and part-B of adhesive has a vapor pressure rating less than 0.13 kilopascals and less than 0.1 kilopascals respectively. Storage temperature of this adhesive ranges from 18 to 35 degrees C.
